Nylon Magazine Nylon Magazine moved their headquarters in Manhattan, NY. CENet Solutions installed a Mitel SX200 with an Active Voice Repartee Voicemail, provided cabling and installed the data network in May 2006. 1rst National Bank of Chester County CENet is in the process of implementing the state of the art call center applications from Mitel/PrairieFyre including Intelligent Queue and Agent Portal on the Mitel 3300 IP PBX and Mitel SX2000. The bank has 21 Mitel switches networked via T1s to the main Operations Center and has implemented IP into their traditional digital network which allows for 4 digit dialing throughout all locations and ease of mobility.. Currently they use a Mitel NuPoint Messenger for centralized voicemail. Camp Canadensis Camp Canadensis, located in the Pocono Mtns., presented the challenge of multiple buildings scattered throughout the mountains with only analog trunking available...the Mitel SX200 with Express Messenging provided the perfect solution to allow communication throughout the facilities. Emerging Growth Equities, Ltd. Emerging Growth Equities was ranked among the top 25 brokerage firms nationally. CENet recently upgraded their Mitel SX200 to a 200ICP to bring IP functionality to remote employees nationally and internationally enabled by Mitel’s Teleworker Application which extends IP phones seamlessly via any high speed internet access. CENet also manages and upgrades their data network. |
