Erik Jaudas, President and Senior Engineer, MCSE, has over 24 years experience and extensive certifications with Mitel, Active Voice, and @Comm with a special focus on converged products such as unified messaging, Call Center applications, Voice Over IP, and multiple site networks. He has installed highly sophisticated telephone systems at the Philadelphia Eagles’ locations, The Phillies Citizen’s Ballpark, First National Bank of Chester County (24 locations), Port of Wilmington, Derry Township School District, Keystone Equities, Emerging Growth Equities, Nylon Magazine and many more.

Jim Walker, Data/Voice Technician, is a CCNA with extensive data experience and global knowledge in Cisco Internetwork Troubleshooting Support, Building Cisco Remote Access Networks, Cisco multilayer Switching Networks, Scalable Cisco Networks, Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices, POS applications, Veritas Backup, multiple accounting applications, Nortel/Bay, Adtran, 3Com, Unisys/Dell/Compaq Servers., etc. He has also managed a 3300/2000 Mitel network with Active Voice Repartee and Alcatel data switch network with a customer perspective.

Project Management and Customer service have at least 12 years experience in the Mitel and Active Voice environment and are adept in IP conversions from analog and digital PBXs.
